Item 5.02

Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On October 2, 2024, Josh Baumgarten informed the board of directors (the “Board”) of TPG Inc. (the “Company”) that he is resigning from his position as a director of the Company, effective as of October 7, 2024, and intends to transition from the Company as of year-end. Mr. Baumgarten’s resignation from the Board and decision to leave the Company did not result from any disagreements with the Company regarding any matter related to the Company’s operations, policies or practices.
